Internet access is plentiful in Es Cana.
The Cala Nova hotel provides four computers which can be used by coin in the slot - 1 Euro buys 7mins 30secs.
The hotel also provides wi-fi in the lounge, lobby and in your room - 10 Euros buys 1 day 20 Euros buys 3 days 30 Euros buys 7 days I used the 7 day in July and found good signal in lounge but had to go out on balcony in room at pool end for best results. I now understand O2 have a travel package which is an automatic add on for contract users at only £1.99 per day for data downloads so £28 for 14 days.
"Free" wi-fi - if you buy a drink - is available in several bars including Bar Es Cana Mar Vent and probably Zen Sea when it re-opens as it has provided previously. (Zen Sea is no more - now Atzaro - where I am told a Mojito will cost you 8 euros. You will be given a temporary userid and password limited to 1 hour.
No doubt plenty of others also provide but it was too hot for a bar crawl.
Mar y Huerta has a computer but I was told it wasn't very reliable. |
